Application Guidelines

Evaluation Method
Evaluation will be conducted through class lessons and preliminary/final rounds.
Note: The evaluation will not be completed with class lessons alone. Results of both lessons and preliminaries will determine advancement to the finals.

Classical Division

・ Elementary I: Ages 6–8, set repertoire, demi-pointe (leotard, no skirt)
・ Elementary II: Ages 9–11, set repertoire, demi-pointe (leotard, no skirt)
・ Introduction / For Junior A: Classical variations, ages 9–11 (ballet shoes or pointe shoes)

Contemporary Original Choreography Division (max 3 minutes):

・ Group 1: Ages 6–11
・ Group 2: Ages 12–15

Pas de Deux Division (Classical Ballet, ages 14+):

・ Max. 7 minutes including adagio and coda

Ensemble Division
(Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Character Dance, Jazz Dance) :

・ Group A: Ages 6–12
・ Group B: Ages 12–15
・Group C: Ages 14+
・Max. 4 minutes

Notes:

※Age is determined as of December 31, 2025.
※Balanchine works are prohibited. Grigorovich works may be performed with permission from Yuri Grigorovich for this competition.
※Black Swan variation is prohibited in Junior A & A2.
※Junior A & A2 may enter Elementary’s Division variations on pointe.
※Junior A, A2, B, Senior: please record one variation per CD (CD only).
※Elementary’s Division and Contemporary Division music will be provided by organizers.
